Historique :	Armoire contenant 20 documents originaux ou rares, relatifs à la création de la cave en 1905 ( plans et coupes de larchitecte Paul et Carles), aux statuts et promotion des divers groupements coopératifs de Maraussan (Vignerons libres, Caisse rurale de crédit, Syndicat agricole, Union Maraussanaise). Ces dessins, aquarelles et affiches sont conservés dans des cadres vitrés reliés entre eux, comme un livre ouvert, permettant une consultation aisée sans les déplacer et nuire à leur conservation.
