Historique :	Le coffret qui contient les reliques insérées dans la base de la statue reliquaire de saint Roch classée en 2003 est postérieur à cette statue. Il a du être exécuté en 1838 lors du transfert des reliques d'Arles (8 petits ossements) attestée le 24 mai 1838 et les reliques authentifiées le 10 mai 1839 par Mgr Thibault. L'orfèvre est également l'auteur de la châsse en argent dans laquelle est placée la statue réalisée la même année comme mentionné dans l'authentique de 1839.
